Publishing Fees

The Journal of Al-Qadisiyah for Computer Science and Mathematics (JQCM) is a self-supporting journal and does not receive funding from any private or government institution or organization.

1. Publication Fees for Authors from Outside Iraq

Publication is free of charge for researchers from outside Iraq.

2. Publication Fees for Authors from Iraq

The publication processing fee is determined according to the highest academic rank among the participating authors, as follows:

  • Professor: 140,000 Iraqi dinars (IQD).

  • Assistant Professor: 115,000 Iraqi dinars (IQD).

  • Lecturer or Assistant Lecturer: 90,000 Iraqi dinars (IQD).

The fees cover the costs of plagiarism checking, peer review, and publication processing.

The fees are collected in two stages:

1. Article Submission Charges (50%)

The first 50% of the applicable fee is payable upon manuscript submission. This amount is non-refundable and covers plagiarism checking and reviewer payments.

2. Article Processing Charges (APCs)

The remaining 50% is payable after the manuscript has been accepted for publication. Upon acceptance, the corresponding author will receive an invoice for the remaining payment.
